Awfulish is a privately-owned and operated US-based small business that designs free speech-related apparel and merchandise. Products are manufactured on-demand by other US-based businesses and shipped directly to our customers.

We do our best to provide thoughtful, impactful, and original designs on quality products at a reasonable cost. If you wish to have some fun being a social troll, we earnestly hope that you consider using our goods.
Trolling is the act of being intentionally provocative and/or offensive. Classically this has been performed online and often anonymously. Social Trolling brings it into the physical world i.e. society, exposing the content or messaging to the public at-large. Principle differences being that there is no censoring of the message (outside of professional, organizational, or private restrictions as well as decency laws based on locality), and it is not done anonymously (you’re displaying the message on your person.)
For the most part, we make them ourselves. Some artwork may be sourced from public domain or used under license.
Let us know! Our manufacturers offer a wider range of colors, styles, and sizes than we utilize, so if you like a design however aren’t seeing it how you want it, let us know and we will do our best to get it added to the store. Part of the fun of being a social troll is seeing the reactions that others have to the message you are displaying.
Under the ‘Contact Us’ page is our contact information depending on your concern. Please be aware that we reserve the right to publicly display any hate-mail or correspondence received over our design. This includes commercially on products and in advertisements.
Regular orders are shipped via US postal services.
USPS Tracking numbers are emailed to the email provided during checkout (or on file) when an order ships.
Please refer to the tracking number that was emailed to you when your merchandise shipped. If you don’t see it, please check your spam and junk email folders.
Orders are produced and shipped in the order received, and regular production time may take up to 7 business days depending on the product ordered. During higher-demand times production times may be higher, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to fulfill your order.
If there is an inventory supply concern with our manufacturers, we will attempt to have your product made from another manufacturer for the same cost and shipping rates. If there is a change in cost we will let you know and request confirmation to bill for the higher amount prior to processing your order.
Please contact us if it has been greater than 7 business days since your order has been placed and you haven’t received tracking information yet. Please allow 48 business hours for responses.
Free. We offer inclusive pricing, for the most straight-forward experience at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay (not including any promotional code not yet applied, which is handled at checkout). Taxes and shipping are included to provide a simpler experience for you, our valued customer.
We ship domestically within the USA, including military APO/FPO addresses, and US territories.
Due to differences in laws, taxes, idioms, cultures, and a variety of other factors, we choose to focus and serve our domestic market exclusively.
English, however if you see a design and want it in another language specifically, let us know and we will see what we can do.

We accept payment via domestic debit and credit cards, as well as Paypal. All payment options are listed at checkout.
Our website operates on encryption (HTTPS), and we do our best to keep your data secure. For your own safety, it is widely accepted as best practices to avoid transmitting PII and payment details over unsecured or unknown connections (such as open wifi networks).
Partnership codes, as provided by a partnered content creator or social media influencer, can be used at checkout for free shipping. In the future, there may be partnership exclusive products and deals. When that occurs this FAQ will be updated with how to utilize.

Orders are processed and sent for production throughout the day. With that being said, if you need to make a change to an order please contact us immediately at: support@awfulish.com for assistance. There is a small window at times after orders are sent that we can attempt to modify or cancel the order. Order modifications are not guaranteed, however we will do the best we can to assist you.
At this time, Awfulish doesn’t maintain a social media presence because strives towards taking the discussion of ideas back from the warehouses of data monitoring and manipulated discussions that most social media companies are (which fosters lazy activism), and bring it back into society at-large. this may change in the future and if that occurs we will update this accordingly.
DorkJuice is a sister site operated by Awfulish to house content that is more mature in nature (bad or adult humor that is not political or activist issue-oriented) deemed too spicy for general consumption.
